Lockheed Corp.: The Calabasas-based aerospace firm said first-quarter net income fell 21% to $54 million, while revenue dipped fractionally to $2.24 billion. It said the decline was caused principally by an increase in the corporation’s effective tax rate to 35% in 1991 from 21% a year ago.
