QUE TAL? They call it Cinco de Mayo, but this year it’ll be celebrated on the Cuatro de Mayo in San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente. The official celebration to mark the start of Mexico’s battle for independence from France will be held on Saturday the 4th because it’s easier for city workers to set up for the fiesta Friday night, says a San Juan worker. . . . Looking on the bright side, San Juan worker Maricella Moreno says the shift “means we get to celebrate twice.” The fiesta is more popular on this side of the border anyway.
