NEC Mulling Groupe Bull Stake: Japan’s NEC Corp. is studying the possibility of investing in France’s struggling government-owned computer maker in response to a request by the French company, an NEC spokesman said. But NEC has made no final decisions on how it will respond. The two firms have had close manufacturing and technical relations.
