Two-Year Treasury Bill Yields at Two-Month Low: Yields on two-year Treasury notes fell to the lowest level in two months. The average yield was 7%, down from 7.15% at the last auction March 26. It was the lowest rate since two-year notes averaged 6.87% on Feb. 20. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 7%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $10,000. A total of $12 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $44.1 billion.
