The List of Top-Rated Insurers Is Misleading

My five-year corporate bond with Executive Life is due for payment this year. Why protect only the annuity holders? Seems there is good basis for a class-action suit against A. M. Best Co. and Standard & Poor’s on whose ratings we all relied when we made our investments.
