McCartneys’ Meatless Menu: Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his wife, Linda, who became vegetarians 20 years ago, unveiled a line of frozen vegetarian dishes Tuesday. “I want to fill the supermarkets with great healthy food and close down the slaughterhouses,” Linda McCartney said at a London news conference. The dishes include ploughman’s pie (a cheese pie), lasagna and beefless burgers.
