All Pumped Up: Arnold Schwarzenegger, chairman of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, got President and Mrs. Bush pumped up about physical fitness Wednesday. Joined on the White House lawn by Macaulay Culkin, Tony Orlando, Olga Korbut, Mary Lou Retton and others, Bush had this advice for youngsters: “Stay away from junk food, turn off the Nintendo and go out and get some exercise.” Schwarzenegger urged parents to kill the television and participate in sports with their children.
