Dallas Investors Buy Loomis Armored: Loomis, one of the nation’s largest armored carriers, was acquired for an undisclosed price by a group of Dallas investors. The sale to Windgate Partners and Teed Management Services Inc. marked the end of a long effort by Mayne Nickless Ltd., an Australian transport and security company, to sell Loomis. The price was not disclosed. Loomis, based in Oakland, has annual revenue of about $125 million and employs 3,600 people in 95 cities.
