No-Fault Car Insurance

Share

Gov. Pete Wilson states, “If I were concerned about retaining my seat, I would also want to represent my constituents” (Part A, April 30). I would like to remind Wilson that his constituents voted no-fault insurance down by a far larger percentage than voted him in. Perhaps he should be concerned about his seat.

No-fault insurance has not been an effective instrument in reducing insurance rates in any of the states which have adopted it. This legislation also denies the right of due process.
