First Lady Barbara Bush delighted dozens of boys and girls Wednesday during a visit to a Westchester County school for abused, abandoned and emotionally disturbed children.

On the second day of a New York visit, Mrs. Bush spent time among children at the Julia Dyckman Andrus Memorial Orchard School, a private, nonprofit residential center that is the temporary home of about 70 emotionally troubled boys and girls, from kindergarten to high school age.
