Viewing Tip: Take a close look at the postal carrier who drops off a letter and asks for 43 cents postage due on “Murder, She Wrote” on Sunday. It’s U.S. Postmaster General Anthony Frank, the man responsible for 550 million pieces of mail a day. Frank finally agreed to make the cameo appearance after much pleading from the show’s producers. “The only reason he did it was to show how important that piece of mail is,” notes a Postal Service spokesman.
