15 ANC Members Arrested in Protest

CAPE TOWN, South Africa —
Fifteen women members of the African National Congress were charged with trespass Friday after they chained themselves to a boat used to carry prisoners to South Africa’s Robben Island.
The women staged the protest in Cape Town Harbor Thursday night to demand the release of political prisoners on the island jail.
