Douglas B. Bynon has been appointed chief financial officer of Scientific NRG Inc., an Anaheim-based electrical lighting fixtures company. He succeeds Kathleen Ellington, who has been named controller. She had served as interim treasurer since June, 1989. Bynon was also named executive vice president of the company and serves as secretary of the corporation.
