Judge’s Ruling on Chief Gates
The judge’s decision relative to the power of the Police Commission, if allowed to stand, will leave the mayor and the commissions with largely ceremonial functions. By default, we will have essentially a parliamentary city government.
Accordingly, Bradley for king and (Council President John) Ferraro for prime minister.
