WAVE OF THE FUTURE: The San Francisco-based law firm of Morrison & Foerster has 10 offices, but it’s no surprise that its Irvine branch was the first to develop an emergency child care plan (D7). After all, Working Mother magazine’s February issue named Irvine itself one of the top five cities in the nation for working mothers. . . . The city’s child-care specialist, Nancy Noble, predicts that “the whole movement toward solutions for child care is going to escalate.”
