Imagine All the Scholarships: Yoko Ono has offered Liverpool University in England $520,000 to keep John Lennon’s name alive in his hometown. Ono wrote to the university last month offering scholarships, university vice chancellor Graeme Davies said. He said that the John Lennon Memorial Scholarships will be given to academically excellent students suffering financial hardship and also will be used to boost awareness of environmental issues.
