Gloria Martinez has been named to head the Santa Ana Heights office of Bancforce Inc., a year-old San Diego firm that provides temporary workers for financial institutions. She was previously head of personnel at Citizens Bank of Costa Mesa, which was sold to Wells Fargo on Jan. 1.
