More Support for Planned Parenthood

We are writing in support of the new Planned Parenthood clinic scheduled to open in the South Bay.

As parents of two children, fortunate enough to receive quality health care, we cannot overlook or ignore those women and young girls who do not have health care. As a college student, I used Planned Parenthood for my gynecological needs and depended on them for the low cost services I couldn’t have afforded elsewhere.

Quality, dependable, inexpensive and available health care should be a right and not a luxury for every women especially during pregnancy so that the future generations can have the advantages of a healthy start on life. Planned Parenthood not only provides this but education as well. We feel that education is the basic key to lowering teenage pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases as well as giving a better future and healthier births to a whole new generation.
