Kenneth G. Riley has been appointed vice president for business management and new ventures of Arco Products Co. APC is the refining and marketing division of Los Angeles-based Atlantic Richfield Co.

Riley, 55, had served as the firm’s vice president of international marketing, coordination and product supply before his promotion.
