Potter On the Move: Correspondent Deborah Potter has left CBS News to join Cable News Network where she will be a general assignment reporter in Washington. Potter, who in recent months has been guest host of CBS’ late-night program “Nightwatch,” joined CBS News in 1978 as a news writer in New York and was a White House correspondent during the Reagan Administration.
