1,300 Pounds of Cocaine Seized in Boston; 14 Held

More than 1,300 pounds of cocaine was seized and 14 people were arrested in an operation that smashed the local distribution arm of a Colombian drug cartel, the FBI said Thursday.

Most of the suspects were believed to be resident aliens and most were arrested Wednesday as they loaded the cocaine into cars and vans at a warehouse in the small Boston suburb of Marlborough, the FBI said.
