After Looking at Moyers’ ‘After the War’

Share

How brave of Moyers to hold up a mirror so we can see ourselves and what we were willing to accept during the Gulf War.

In “After the War,” we saw the reality of war and the futility of using violence to solve problems. We were able to see what was really happening juxtaposed with what we let the media tell us.

In celebrating death in order to restore our national ego, we lose our souls.
