Pasadena : Fees to Increase 4.7%
City fees for most services provided by the planning, building, public works, fire and police departments will increase this month by 4.7%, under a cost-of-living raise approved by the City Council Tuesday.
For example, an on-street parking permit that cost $36 yearly will now cost $38.
Library, health department and recreation fees for the elderly, handicapped and youths were not raised.
