Robert A. dePalma has been named vice chairman of Rockwell International Corp. of El Segundo. The 12-year Rockwell veteran had been senior vice president-finance and planning, and chief financial officer. He joined the aerospace company in 1979 as assistant treasurer. DePalma will be succeeded by W.M. Barnes, who had been corporate vice president-business development & planning.
