Michael Landon

How sad that Michael Landon, one of the finest and most creative men in show business, has passed from the scene while still in the prime of life.

When television was wallowing in the sewer during the ‘70s and ‘80s, he broke through with his two inspirational series “Little House on the Prairie” and “Highway to Heaven.” In both, as writer, director and performer, he emphasized God, family and traditional values. In a sense, he was the conscience of a nation.

So long, Little Joe. In the luminous rays of God’s horizon, I know you’ve touched His face.
