World IN BRIEF : LEBANON : 3 Israeli Soldiers Killed in Ambush
Guerrillas in southern Lebanon killed three Israeli soldiers and a pro-Israeli militiaman in overnight ambushes, and Israeli warplanes struck back by bombing two Shiite Muslim villages.
