Dispute Over Ban on Gang Colors

Share

There are yellow school buses for the whole country, so at the least, every county should have its own school uniform.

The introduction of uniforms in the schools may lessen gang-related activities, prevent cases of molestations and girl-teasing and may increase students’ concentration in their studies instead of their worrying about which designer label clothes and shoes they have to wear to school the next day.

The wearing of uniforms is not a breach of the First Amendment. If it is, then school principals should not be allowed to use their discretion in banning their students from wearing any color, headgear or shoes.
