ACTING FAMILY: Jack Kelly is most famous for his character on the old “Maverick” TV series, but the Huntington Beach councilman takes the stage this weekend in a new acting role. . . . Portraying an abusive, alcoholic father, Kelly will perform Saturday and Sunday in the Huntington Central Park Amphitheatre’s “A Teenager Is,” a play about problems youths face. . . . Featured in a separate scene will be Kelly’s 23-year-old daughter, Nicole.
