A mine blast blamed on Kurdish separatists destroyed a minibus Monday near this town in southeastern Turkey, killing 10 people and wounding five, the Anatolia news agency reported.

The mine exploded about 80 miles west of the border town of Silopi, where a U.S.-led allied force is based to deter Baghdad from again cracking down on Kurds in Iraq.
