Indian Police Bus Bombed

LUDHIANA, India —
Sikh militants blew up a police bus Tuesday with a remote-controlled bomb in the Punjab town of Ludhiana, seriously wounding 15 officers, Indian police said. Ten of the injured might not survive, police said.
