20th Century Industries: The Woodland Hills-based insurance holding company said second-quarter profit totaled $28.4 million, or 55 cents per share, up 46% from the same period a year ago. Revenue rose 14% to $222.5 million. The company credited continued growth in its automobile and homeowner insurance lines.
