Who Gets the Blame for Poor Attendance at Olympic Festival?

As an athlete, I was extremely disappointed in the coverage that was given, or in this case not given, to the Olympic Festival. I was a volunteer for the roller skating venue, only because I am a skater and found out by accident that the Festival was happening. The lack of coverage by the media was appalling. Did you not realize that many of the athletes participating are the same ones who will be at the Pan American Games and the Olympics?
