Hilton Offer for Trump Casino Expires--Again: Hilton Hotels Corp.’s offer to buy the Trump Castle casino expired after Donald Trump yet again rejected Barron Hilton’s $165-million takeover attempt, passing up an opportunity to eat into his $3 billion in debt. The cash-strapped developer vowed that the weakest of his three New Jersey casinos was not for sale, while Hilton said it was already eyeing other properties in the seaside resort.
