Schedule for President Bush’s summit with Soviet President Mikhail S. Gorbachev and other events on the third day of his four-day visit to the Soviet Union.
Local time in Moscow (All times 10 hours ahead of PDT)
* 8:10 a.m.: Bush lays wreath at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
* 8:30 a.m.: Bush speaks at breakfast for Soviet business executives, Radisson Hotel.
* 10 a.m.: President arrives Novo-Ogaryovo, Gorbachev’s suburban dacha, for five hours of meetings.
* 3:30 p.m.: START treaty signing ceremony, St. Vladimir’s Hall, Kremlin.
* 4:30 p.m.: Bush and Gorbachev joint news conference, Foreign Affairs Press Center.
* 7:25 p.m.: State dinner, Spaso House.
