Food Delivery: A new restaurant food delivery service has opened in Fountain Valley.
Restaurant Runners Express is delivering food from six different restaurants to customers’ doors and has hopes of adding more restaurants. The restaurants include Flakey Jake’s and the West Coast Pizza Co. in Santa Ana; and Marie Callender’s, Guacamole Joe’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant, Nick’s Pizza D’Oro and Mandarin House, all in Fountain Valley.
The service will operate from 4 to 10 p.m. daily and has a $10 minimum order requirement and $3 delivery charge. The company will accept major credit cards.
Another restaurant delivery service, Diner’s Express, opened in May to serve the Newport Beach and Laguna Beach areas.
