Nuevo Leon Governor Vows a Clean Regime

MONTERREY, Mexico —
The new governor of Nuevo Leon state, Socrates Rizzo, took office promising a new election law and a clean government, news reports said Thursday.
He began his six-year term Wednesday saying there is no room for corruption in a modern government.
