Canadian Sky Diver Killed After Parachutes Fail

KALISPELL, Mont. —
A Canadian sky diver fell 12,000 feet to his death after his parachutes failed to open, officials reported Sunday.
A deputy coroner said that the cause of the accident was unknown. He described the victim as a 56-year-old man from Calgary, Alberta.
