Orion Gets Bondholder Proposal: Orion Pictures Corp. bondholders, in a counterproposal to the firm’s $285-million debt restructuring plan, have called on Orion to obtain a new equity infusion, reamortize its bank debt and convert a portion of its bondholder debt to equity. The counterproposal was made by a bondholder steering committee in New York. The two sides remained in negotiations, and Orion did not issue a formal response.
