Diamond Bar : Development Approved
The City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved plans for a carwash/gas station/restaurant facility in the 22000 block of Golden Springs Drive.
The $3-million project will also include about 2,000 square feet of office space.
The approval came after the developer, Gary Clapp of Toran Development and Construction, and his consultant, Piero Wemyss, spent five months adjusting traffic flow plans to the city’s satisfaction.
Developers expect to open the carwash, gas station and offices within six months.
The on-site restaurant will be ready within three years, operator Fred Scalzo told the City Council.
