Ford Setting Up Dealerships in U.S.S.R.: Ford Motor Co. is setting up two joint-venture retail dealerships in the Soviet Union, the first dealerships connected with a U.S. auto maker in that country since before World War II. One dealership has opened in Dnepropetrovsk, about 250 miles southwest of Kiev in the Ukraine, and later this year a second will open in Tallinn, a city on the Baltic Sea about 200 miles west of Leningrad. The company also plans service centers in Moscow and Leningrad.
