Better Things for Officials to Do
Hooray for Manny Beltran and shame on the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. With all the problems our county has with drive-by slayings, drug and alcohol related crimes, and theft, one would hope our public officials would have better things to do than terrorize a mentally retarded young man and his family.
