SOVIET GOSPEL: The Soviets, without explanation, discontinued the Rev. Robert H. Schuller’s “Hour of Power” program last March after just two broadcasts. The Garden Grove TV minister will leave Saturday for Moscow in an attempt to change that. . . . “I probably will be the first world religious leader invited into the Soviet Union after this revolution; so it is very exciting,” Schuller said.
