WWII Bomb Explodes in Singapore; Boy Dies

SINGAPORE —
A young boy was killed when a World War II bomb used as a prop for a beach barbecue in Singapore exploded Sunday, a police spokesman said.
Other members of the boy’s family were injured in the blast, he said. The family had dug up the bomb and were roasting fish caught from the sea when it blew up, he said.
