Samuel D. Williams has been elected a corporate vice president of Ducommun Inc. Williams will also continue as controller of the Carson-based firm, which manufactures components and assemblies for the aerospace industry.

Williams joined Duncommun in 1975 as a senior staff auditor and was elected controller in 1988.
