Alleged Ex-Nazi Faces Loss of U.S. Citizenship
Associated Press
PHILADELPHIA —
The Justice Department has moved to revoke the citizenship of a 72-year-old man, saying he concealed his work as a guard at three concentration camps during World War II.
The Justice Department complaint says also that Nikolaus Schiffer of New Ringgold concealed his membership in the Nazi SS Death’s Head Battalion when he applied for U.S. citizenship in the 1950s.
Schiffer could not be reached for comment.
