BETTER SEOUL: The county’s Korean population has more than tripled since 1980, which means more Korean businesses (D7), now well over 4,000. But Andrew Anh, a Korean Times editor, says the increase is tapering off. . . . “The economy has greatly improved in Korea, particularly in major cities like Seoul,” he says. “Now not so many people think they have to come to America for a better lifestyle.”
