TEQUILA SUNSET: The city of Seal Beach wants to get into the movie business. It has agreed to let Universal Studios paint the beige lifeguard tower next to the pier yellow, red, pink and turquoise for a TV show. The filmmakers will even change the name--from Seal Beach to “South Coast.” . . . The show is “Tequila and Boner.” Tequila is the dog, Boner the cop. Universal has already paid the city $8,600 but has made no final decision on whether to proceed with the paint job.
