Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 17-year-old Citrus Heights boy who they say joined friends in an “oath of silence” about the killing of a 16-year-old. Deputies say at least six witnesses knew who stabbed Shawn Cassinelli as he walked along a road with two friends on July 20. Lt. Ray Biondi said the boy arrested Thursday on suspicion of murder is a high school student with no criminal record. “Those at the scene took an oath of silence,” Biondi said.
