This British quartet’s debut bears the inviting British folk-rock-pop stamp of Prefab Sprout, Deacon Blue and Martin Stephenson, but it’s too well-mannered and well-meaning (e.g. a quaint version of Buffalo Springfield’s “For What It’s Worth”) to make a mark of its own.
