Microsoft to Announce New Products: Microsoft Corp. is unveiling home and small-business software for computer novices. One set of programs is intended to reach people who say their lives are too rushed to fuss with personal computers, although they acknowledge that PCs would help them accomplish more. The products, to be introduced today in New York, include a desktop publisher, a project manager and a financial planning program.
